Howarth/Spring lake Park :

3.7 miles - This run starts at the upper parking lot in Howarth Park and proceeds on the bike path for the majority of the run. This run is known as the Spring Lake Loop with one small change. At the boat launch area in Spring Lake Park this version of the route takes the Fisherman's trail instead of the bike path and then turns left back on the bike path at the end of the trail back to the finish.

Directions to Howarth Park: -

• From Highway 12 East Bound from 101
• At the stoplight continue straight onto Hoen Ave.
• Take a left at the light onto Summerfield Ave.
• Take a right into Howarth park
• Continue up the road and meet at the Upper Parking Lot
